I started using them for smogs about four years ago after they donated to my sons school fundraiser. I work down the street and figured I should give back to them for giving to our small private school. The owner, Noe I would guess, was there with his wife and they were a nice little old couple, honestly probably struggle with technology which is why the other reviewer here felt so slighted. After we did the pape... view morerwork he gave me a doughnut and drove me to work, then dropped off my car when they were done and told me to pay them next time I drove by. I work less than a mile away so I`m not going to promise that`s the same experience everyone will get, but they have been very nice to me and co-workers I have since referred.

VERY VERY VERY RUDE!!!!

Today i was told to call Noe`s Towing by Pick-N-Parts and I use video phone to relay my call to Noe`s Towing because i am deaf. When that person picked up the phone and very rude to me and said not interesting and then hung up. I told the Relay operator to call back for second time without announcement and then i tried to tell him/her that the Pick-N-Part told me to call you but he/her hung up on me for second tim... view moree in very rude!!!! DON`T DO THE BUSINESS with them when it comes to VRS (Video Relay Service) as they think that call is prank or crank or telemarketing which it is not.... Those calls is for Deaf people who trying to call with RELAY conversation in three ways to anyone who is hearing.....

Most horrible customer service I have ever experienced

How many stars would I give this company? NONE! But since they won`t publish my review without one, I was forced to choose one. Why? Well, I`m deaf and I tried calling Noe`s several times through an interpreter and the man who answered the phone kept hanging up, saying `Is this that sign language thing? We don`t do that`. Seriously? So you are discrimination against deaf people? Why is that, because you think we are ... view morenot as good as you? Wow, the man who was answering the phone on Nov 21st at 4pm PST should be ashamed of himself and should not be allowed to speak to the public. Open your mind, you jackass.
