Even though my wife had experienced difficulties doing business with these guys several years ago, after soliciting bids from three other auto-body shops on the Ridge, they came in at less than half the price of their nearest competitor, so over my wife`s objections I decided to give them another chance. They did a SUPER job on my brand new car (the rocker panel of which I had badly scraped by getting too close to a... view more curb) and when it looked like they might not have it by the time they promised, the owner even drove to my house to pick me up. I would definitely recommend K&L for both the quality of their work and--at least in my case--their extraordinarily competitive pricing! Home run, guys!

The owner of this place is extremely rude. From the moment I walked through the doors I felt like an inconvenience, maybe its because I`m a woman. I came in to possibly get a quote, and to ask a few questions about an accident. I started talking about the issue, and he basically charged passed me to look at the vehicle without listening to what I was saying. After we were out side, I asked a couple of questions a... view morend he answered with very insulting almost degrading answers. I proceeded to ask another question about a paint job that I would be interested in aside from the accident, and he literally threw his hands in the air, shook his head at me, and started walking away. At that point I was so insulted that I couldn`t say anything else and got into my car, sitting there watching him shaking his head while walking away. I can only imagine what he was going to say about me to his "buddy`s" that I was "inconveniencing" him from by asking my questions. If you would like to get anymore business, I would recommend treating your potential customers with a little more respect. Word of mouth goes a long way.
