Reviews:
Poor Customer Service
Avoid this place at all costs! Go to Scott Robinson dealer, instead, or another local dealer.
They will never call you to indicate status;
You`ll get the royal run-around on why it isn`t fixed on time.
Car was in two weeks ago to determine the problem, all day. They needed to order the part, after many phone calls. We decided to return the following week.
Called many times to determine if the part had... view more arrived. Never received one phone call back.
Finally reached service tech who indicated the right and left bearings were there.
Scheduled a 7:00 am appt for Friday am.
Car was not ready as scheduled for Friday evening. Calls to service tech indicated that they would need it till 1:00 pm on Saturday. Apparently the car never received any service on Friday.
Saturday at 12:30, Service tech described to me that their bearing machine is inoperative, but the service tech ""has a friend"" who will let him borrow one! Here is a major service operation that needs to rely on a friend at a machine shop to get something done. I inquired if their parent company, Scott Robinson, had a bearing remover. service tech wondered aloud if that might be a good idea, but they were already getting help from this friend.
No follow through or sense of urgency. This was for warranty service on a 2005 Honda Odyssey, with bearing issues. They finally replaced one bearing after having a 7:00 am appointment on Friday, they finished at 3:00 on Saturday! This is a 2 hour job at your average gas station.
Terrible service tech (Lisa Brito).
