The lost art of doing business

I have done business with numerous dealers over the years. Most have been good but one too many that left me unsatisfied and regretful. Along with the excitement of purchasing a new vehicle and the stress of the large expense, it is more pleasurable when you find a business that caters to you. I realize that all companies need to make a profit to remain viable; with this in mind, I am willing to pay a certain amou... view morent for something but not for dealer mark-ups or fees that exceed actual costs. I have been fortunate to have met Jim Manuin and his staff several years ago. He and his staff were very low pressure, up front about costs and fees but most of all they insured that all of my questions were answered. What was most remarkable, is their commitment to the customer and after sales service. I was so impressed that I have purchased, for myself and family, my last four, (brand new), vehicles from him. I always look for the best deal I can get and as I said before, the purchases were always from Salinas Valley Dodge. I am pleased to do business with Salinas Valley Dodge and Jim Manuin in particular. I recommend to anyone that you do all your shopping and reasearch and then give them a call. Hopefully you come to find the service that I did. This review can in no way express my satisfaction. If you need a vehicle, you should consider this company.
