The worst customer experience I can imagine. I was subjected to instance after instance of unconscionable split-tongued lying simply for the sake of the sale.
My DMV forms were mishandled as if they were processed by a kindergartener with a crayon.
The salesman Jose played fast and loose with my credit.

TWO BAD EXPERIENCES
BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR MAJOR SERVICE. TOLD SERVICE REP. NOT TO ROTATE TIRES. NEWER BRAND IN FRONT. WROTE ON SERVICE ORDER. WHEN I GOT CAR HOME, NOTICED ONE SIDE HAD BEEN ROTATED. MECHANIC CHECKED OFF ON CHECKLIST THAT HE DID NOT ROTATE TIRES. MECHANIC IS A LIAR. I DON`T KNOW IF HE PERFORMED ANY INSPECTIONS THAT HE CHECKED OFF AS OK. HE ALSO SCRATCHED ONE OF THE ALLOY WHEELS. get a new receptionist
I tried to call to get a price quote on a seatbelt repair/replacement. I did not get a call back within the first three hours, so I called back a few times but the receptionist would cut me off in mid sentence every time before transferring me. Apparently these folks don`t want my business.
