Reviews:
Poor service. Buyer beware!
Went in for service on 4/18/10. I was told ont he phone transfer service was $59. After I arrived. They had two complaints they were dealing with. The manager refused to come to the counter and help with the problem. He stayed in the bay. The customer service rep had to go back and fourth. He asked the manager to come to the counter and he declined! The customers left very upset that Jiffey lube broke their stuff on ... view moreservice.
One I got the counter, I asked them not to break my stuff neither. The guy smiled.
I asked about the transfer case price and was told $89. I explained I was told $59. He said he was sorry. Price was $89. Maybe I should have wore my old work clothes and the price would have been cheaper?
I declined the transfer case service and he said they were doing the oil change for $19.95. I said fine. I asked for 20/50w and was told they don`t carry it. I said after all what happen today I am going to decline service and want my keys back. He went to get my keys and said oil was drained already. He would give me the 15/40 but it was more. I asked how much? He said add $24!!! I said forget it. He said, it was ok. He would do it for $19.95 total. I said fine. I checked out and left.
Once home, I checked the oil and noticed they only put in 1qt!! No joke. I called them and they said they only put in 5qts and it needed 6qts. Because I did this (NO ONE EVER TOLD ME) the warranty from Jiffey lube was void and no top offs allowed. Basically have a good day.
After reading this, do you really want to be complaint number four?
