I inquired about the collision...

I inquired about the collision history of one of their vehicles over the phone. I was told by the salesman that they do not have a car fax for their vehicles because it costs too much to run them. This was my first red flag as I inquired with a friend who works at a dealership who related dealers can get them unlimited for a fair price. This was my first red flag in dealing with these folks. The salesman told me that as far as he knew the vehicle had never been involved in a collision, and stated I could run the car fax if I wanted at my expense! I had my same friend run the car fax for me at no charge, and I learned the vehicle had in fact been in a collision. I called family truck and auto the next day and spoke to the same salesman, however I did not identify myself as i did before. I informed the salesman I was interested in the vehicle in question, ran the vin provided on their website and discovered it was in a collision. I further asked them if they would discount the vehicle given the dirty car fax! The salesman told me he knew about the collision, and it was just a minor fender bender in the rear, adding that he knew the previous owner! Well one day earlier the same salesman stated he had no idea if the vehicle was in a collision and now he knows the complete history! LMAO!!! The sale mans name was Ron. Buyer beware with these guys, the two phone calls told me all I needed to know! Additionally, their 7.3 liters are way over priced, regardless of that engine, all 7.3 are almost ten years old or worse. Things like brakes, calipers, rotors, tie rods, ball joints, start to go bad on a one ton truck of that size, and after catching these guys in one lie, who knows what else their trying to hide. They did not want to deal and think their the only place in town that can get a 7.3, glad I bought elsewhere!!!

Extra mile

Spent Xmas eve day driving all over Stockton and Modesto looking for a truck to replace ours that was stolen. Just happen to find this place on our way back home. Who would have known that they would have had exactly what we were looking for. Great service, great selection, they even stayed late on Xmas eve to get everything done for us and saved us a trip back down the hill. I looked for over 6-months, found my stick shift 7.3 in of all places Escalon Ca, service was great ,pretty fair price, I know its a tough truck to find! Very friendly and treated me fair, would recommend !

Family truck

After looki g for a couple months for a diesel truck I found just what I was looking for. Ron the saleman was great. Got me the financing I needed when nobody else could or would. Treated me and my fianc?© with good service and respect. Very much appreciated. Not all sales guys are like that. When were ready for a car for my girl we will probably be buying from them. I would advise anyone from thinking about purchasing a vehicle from his business to please reconsider. This dealership is not honest about their inventory and the indicators are everywhere - no carfax reports, no prices quoted on the vehicles, and car touch-up techniques that attempt to cover up huge flaws or mechanical failures, all with the hopes that you will hand over your hard-earned cash and not find out you bo... view moreught a lemon when it breaks down on the road.
