Great service!

I recently purchased a 2007 dodge 3500 and couldn`t be happier with the price an customer care I received! Auto Man group was a great place to buy a used car!!! My husband and I were both without cars and Kojie saved us money and time. The car we bought was VERY well priced and super clean. Kojie is the owner of this company, and he is definately not one of those shady crooked stereotypical car sales people!!! My boyfriend and I fell into a horrible trap at Universal City Nissan 2 weeks earlier, when we thought we were being told the truth, when we signed for a car and thought they had no hidden agenda! Well this is when I had to drag my boyfriend out to "window shop" for a car while awaiting the money to be put back in his bank! He was devistated because at The Automan Group one Sunday afternoon, Will saw the Nissan Sentra SER with all kinds of added bonuses! We went to inquire Monday after work and test drive the Nissan as well as another car, but he had his eye on the Nissan SER! We asked Kojie to please work with us, and we still had our doubts about car sales people, and to hold the car without any money down for just a few days until we received the refund from Universal City Nissan! GUESS WHAT HE KEPT HIS WORD! Kojie is a very honest good man who has more than helped my boyfriend get his car! I REALLY liked how with Kojie he explained the contract thouroughly and honestly giving us all our options. I recommend if you are looking for a car and don`t want to get swallowed by 50 vultures as you approach the car lot then go to the most honest place you can go!!!!! THE AUTOMAN GROUP IN VENTURA!!!! So I`m sitting in my office ab...

So I`m sitting in my office about 4pm Mon evening two weeks ago and I`m doing my daily search of desired small SUV`S with certain specs and I stumbled upon a website that I had never searched. One beautiful Nissan Murano popped up with extremely low mileage. So I called and Kojie answered. I said, "you have a Nissan Murano that I want". Kojie replied, "how do you know if you have never seen it or dri... view moreven it"? To which I responded, "If the pictures are any indication of the condition of the vehicle then I want it ". Kojie then said, "when can you get here"? I said, "I`m in W. L.A. and I have to pick my wife up at 6. What time do you close"? Kojie then said, "about that time". Here is where the story gets good. He offers to drive the car to me!!! The Owner offers to drive after a hard day at work in Ventura to meet me and my wife. So we arranged to meet at my In-Laws in Simi Valley around 8:45pm. So, true to his word we`re sitting have dinner with Ma ( My wife`s grandmother ) when the cell phone rang saying he was outside. We went outside and exchanged pleasantries, ( He brought along his beautiful wife and business partner who were both gracious as well ). Anyway he said, " take the car for a drive, take it somewhere and get a view of it under lights". So we drove it around for about 30 -45 mins and decided we definitely wanted it. When we returned to the In- Laws we asked if he could hold it until Wed when we thought we be able to come pick it up. Kojie said, "No problem. I`ve met you, you seem like nice honest people" ( which we are :) Well Wed was going to be difficult I knew when I asked, because it is very difficult for me to get away from work. And almost impossible for my wife especially because she was preparing to leave LA for a major business conference. So my fears were Kojie would think we weren`t serious about purchasing the car, someone would show up and offer more $$$$ ( I`m sure that happened ), and the car would be sold before we got there on a more likely time ( That following Sat ). I called Kojie to let him know we wouldn`t be making it Wed or anytime during the week for that matter. His response once again, "No problem". So Sat comes around and we finally make that trip to Ventura to pick up our immaculately clean Nissan Murano with a sold sign in the window. The car was as nice as we remembered and better than what we expected after dealing with and listening to so many other car companies. His staff was professional and the mechanic went over everything on the car before releasing it to us. Kojie kept his word!!! He went above and beyond what any other salesperson has ever done. And he is THE OWNER. (And I have purchased cars for close to 27 yrs). I typically don`t write long soliloquies about something unless it is warranted. So for all of you have doubt, No I am not Kojie or any relative or anyone he has paid to write this. Just someone who believes that someones good name and respect has to be earned through deeds daily. That also means if my car broke down today I wouldn`t blame Kojie because I still did my due diligence ( took it to a 3rd party mechanic, I forgot to mention that) and Kojie did his job. So anyone that is having doubts, I would vouch for the man any day! And that`s more important than the salesperson! So from my wife and I, Thank you Kojie, TTB & JBB

We were refered to the automan...

We were refered to the automan group due to our situation. Our van had been wrecked and the insurance paid us a given amount. These folks were great. We got a sweet deal on a clean & straight vehicle, no hastles. The entire experience was good. When it comes time to get my daughter a car I`m headed back to the automan group. We were treated and taken care of very well, so they have earned my business.

When I went on the lot of AutoMan Group. I was welcomed by one of the salespersons. He answered all of my questions and treated me with the up-most respect. They are more than willing to take time to get you in a vehicle without pressuring you into something you don`t want.
