I called this morning first thing to find out about ordering a portable counter top washing machine for an RV. When I looked up on-line where I could purchase one Trailer Hitch RV came up under RV supplies. The woman that answered the phone was not nice at all. She was my first contact with this establishment and she was not wanting to go out of her box to look up, find, order or try to help accomodate me. Her at... view moretitude was crap. I would not call back because of her crabby morning personality. She had NO interest except in proving me wrong. Her tone was intimidating and just not nice. Poor customer phone service. Very disappointing.

I have to thank my wife for gently insisting that we buy this trailer. I had my eye on the new master craft and visions of late afternoon glass at the lake but she convinced me that we would get more use out of a camper (I prefer a tent). We stated our RV shopping at the Pomona show this year. After a couple trips to some of the dealers by my sisters house in Bakersfield we almost called it quits. Then we found the trailer hitch. We were surprised to find the same Kodiak trailer that we saw at the show for $32000. We jumped on it hook, line and sinker. Great price and service, would recommended.

We drove from San Jose to buy our new Elk Ridge fifth wheel on 6/30/2012. Mike was great and handled all of our questions before we committed to buy. We were able to find a slightly better price on the installation of the maxxair vent covers online but wound up having them put them on for us. Good Experience from Trailer Hitch RV Services

My experience with Trailer Hitch RV Services was overall a good experience. My wife and I found a trailer that met our needs and was well priced. During our walk through the staff member doing so was extremely knowledgeable and would go as far as to say more so that the sales person responsible for selling us our trailer. Not Pushy

We drove 5 hours to buy our new Voltage V3905 from the Trailer Hitch. We found them online. They beat our local dealers price on the exact same unit by $4700. Would do business again.

inconsiderate sales manager

The sales staff was friendly but when I met the Manager he was pushy like a used car salesman and that gives me the creeps. I told the salesman that if I had to deal with him I would rather go to someplace else that has a more professional and not so pushy manager if your product is good and the price is good why are you so pushy as a customer it made me feel stupid.
