I had a pleasant experience
My insurance company sent me there. I found it to be an enjoyable experience. Bill kept me informed on my repairs and I got my car back sooner than promised.

Avoid-Poor Attitude/Total Insurance Scam Shop
My parked car was hit by someone on Saturday 3/06. Nationwide (my insurance company) told me to bring my car to Apex because it was one of their ""Blue Ribbon Repair Facilities"". Man at shop was very rude. I told him I expected the paint to match perfectly, and he said that was unreasonable. Finally Monday, I got a call from Nationwide saying Apex was not confident that they would be able to match the paint to my st... view moreandard, so they refused to work on the car. (Thank the Lord for that).
Basically Apex doesn`t want customers who will be too picky about the results of their work. That`s sad, but also funny when you think about it. This place is a total Insurance Company ran scam shop. Avoid.
UPDATE: Nationwide towed my car to a second repair facility, and now it has scratches on it that were NOT present when I dropped it off at Apex. I am soooo glad Nationwide sent my car here (sarcastically).
