Great customer service

Trey is the salesman that my fianc?© and I worked with. Going into Carmax you have to accept that this is a "haggle free" place. But with that being said it made it nice because there is no hard selling. Trey was extremely professional, polished and personable. He didn`t try to sway is one direction and was respectful of our budget. He worked with us all day and in no way I felt rushed or an inconvienence. Best place to buy a car!!!

I just bought my 04 Honda Accord from here!! There service is OUTSTANDING!! From the minute I called them they were helpful, no pressure, friendly, and knowledgeable!! I took my car back in for the center console to be looked at (during my 30day free warranty) They went over and beyond. Amazing Service!!!!

I didn`t want to go to a typically car dealership because I just can`t stand the sleezy car salesmen approach. I heard about Carmax through a freind and they told me i needed to ask for Lindsey Arens. When I went there I asked for Lindsey, she was really friendly and asked me lots of great questions to help me find the car I wanted. horribly bad service

while we successfully purchased a car there over 2 years ago, we just bought another and have had nothing but awful service, from the sales gal through purchasing, and into service already a couple of times. poor communication and follow through with many excuses. sadly i would not recommend this location to anyone anymore, although i still think the idea is fabulous. what happened in 2 years?

Most of the "legwork" was done...

Most of the "legwork" was done over the phone. Dan was prompt at getting back to me with my approval! He only showed me cars that I was interested in and didn`t try to talk me into the most expensive car on the lot. If I had known getting a new or used car didn`t have to be like pulling teeth, I`d have gone to Carmax EVERY time! That`s just what I`m going to do when I`m in the market for a new car.

A Much Better Shopping Experience!

After being subjected to High-Pressure selling at both Foreign and Domestic New Car Dealers in the area, it was great to go to a place where the focus was on the Customer and the Cars rather than just ``The Sale". I found a Hybrid that was hard to find anywhere, and although I haven`t purchased yet, I will be back. I`d recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle give them a try.
