Excellent service. I would tell all my friends to go here. They do their best to save people money they are very friendly and welcoming. It is a nice shop and a great atmosphere to hang out in while you wait for your car.

I won`t let anyone else touch ...

I won`t let anyone else touch my truck!! Finally a place to go where I don`t feel like I`m getting ripped off. As a female walking into automotive repair shops I feel like I`m looked at as a giant dollar sign. It`s nice to be able to go somewhere that doesn`t take advantage of someone that doesn?ˆ™t know a lot about vehicles. I needed to get some fluids flushed, it was a $600 minimum at other shops. Don`t waste your time taking y...

Don`t waste your time taking your vehicle anywhere else. Shaun has always done all of the work on all of my vehicles since I started driving. I have never been left stranded or broken down. Shaun has even stayed later than the shop hours to work on my car so I could get to work the next day, and always just charged me for what was done, never any extra fees. I also know several people who have had their project vehic... view morele completed at Solid Rock Auto, as well as daily drivers and I have never once seen an unhappy customer. If you tell Shaun all of your hopes and dreams for your vehicle (or golf cart) he can make them happen. He will even make some better suggestions along the way, because he has the mind for it. Do yourself a favor and take whatever you are driving to him when you have any issues, or just feel like getting upgraded. AND BUY A STICKER FOR YOUR VEHICLE SO YOU CAN ROCK THE SOLID ROCK AUTO!!!!!

I was using Shaun and another ...

I was using Shaun and another Mechanic to take care of my car. I couldn`t get to Shaun once, to my forever regret! I went to my other mechanic, had some work done, and within a month, I started hearing a noise and there was a burning smell. I had to drive to L.A, so naturally, I had to get my car road worthy. I was able to get into Shaun, and he let me know quickly that my fan trap was broken. He went on to expl... view moreain, that this is a part that just `doesn`t break`, but someone has to lean on it or place something heavy on it. When I had the work done, one of the new employees got into an arguement with my regarding a conversation taken place over the phone. He was not involved in the conversation. So, the fan trap is right by the radiator, and yes, I had my radiator flushed. Shaun ziptied it into place so I could get back on the road safely (at no cost). He also got a replacement part quickly. I also went back to the shop where the work was done originally, and they denied culpability...Shaun also went out of his way for me to also try to talk to the owner of the shop. The owner got angry (knowing he was in the wrong) and asked me to leave. I did, and will never return to that other shop. All of my business will be with Shaun. Shaun is ethical, honest and hard-working. I trust him completely.

We own a Van, Truck, Prius and...

We own a Van, Truck, Prius and a Motor home. All 4 of our vehicles have been to Solid Rock Auto for different reasons. The Customer care and auto repairs are outstanding! Wonderful

I took my truck to several places and they couldn`t even tell me what was wrong. I took it to Solid Rock Auto and Shaun was not only able to tell me what was wrong with my truck but fixed what 2 other places could not. Shauns shop is clean, he`s straight forward and honest. I continue to take my vehicles to Solid Rock Auto and recommend them to people I know. I trust his work.

The WORST!

I had my car "repaired" at solid rock auto three times. Two months later I had to replace EVERY SINGLE part they had installed. Shaun replaced a transmission gasket. It was not installed correctly. Therefore, all of my transmission fluid leaked out and it was running dry and caused transmission damage. He also replaced a camshaft sensor. They didnt tell me that I needed an interrupter to go with it. So, my ... view moreinterruper was ruined beacuse not all the parts that were needed to job were installed. The camshaft sensor was also not pushed in all the way. I now have paid $200 for him to ruin my car. And an additional $400 in towing and repair bills to get my car fixed properly. Needless to say, I wont be throwing my $ away at Solid Rock auto ever again.

Solid Rock Auto is the best place to get your vehicle worked on. I thought my truck was going to fall apart and was prepaired to spend a lot of money to fix it, Shaun checked it out and told me it was a simple fix, repaired it for a reaonable price and now it runs like a champ again! It was really cool that he was honest with me and didnt over charge me or play off of the fact that I was ready to spend.
