Terrible service
The worst service i have ever had at EL cajon Nissan dont bring your car here unless your ready to wait for a long time i went there just to get oil change and my tires rotated and balance and a 27 point inspection my appointment was at 11:45am i sat there till 1:30pm and went outside my car had still not moved i told the service guy that i had to pick up my kids from school didnt realize it would take that long and ... view morei would just come back after when i came back he rushed my car in and they bent my hub caps up when they put them back on so i was driving home and there was a loud whistle coming from the drivers side tire i called the next day and josh was rude and tryed to accuse me of bending my hub cap basically calling me a liar i was furious he kept saying are you sure you didnt hit something then i had other concerns about my car and the way it idled ruff instead of test driving it or taking a look at it he just kept saying that there are lots of sensors in the car and it could take time to find out the issue i told him that i had a ride home and if he could look at it i will come back if he calls me he said well if we find nothing wrong then what ? I felt like he just didnt want my business at this point so i told him i would take my business else where . prior to this i have paid 400 and something dollars for fuel injection cleanings and other repairs that they recommend ,That most likely werent really needed WATCH OUT FOR JOSH HE WILL SCAM YOU AND IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM LATER ITS ALL YOUR FAULT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.i have worked with Luis there and he is very nice and honest but this day he wasnt there so now in result of josh El Cajon Nissan has lost my business.

Rude
I called the service department and was inquiring about prices, the person I spoke to was very rude and it seemed to me that she was in a rush to get off the phone, she just kept asking me if I was bringing my car in today, I said no that I was inquiring about prices. On top of it when I called another dealership also owned by Mossy, the El Cajon dealership gave me wrong information. Although the next closest deale... view morership is not a convienant location I will be taking it there instead.

Do not buy a car at the El Cajon Mossy Nissan
It`s amazing how friendly salesmen are when they are trying to sell you a car. The minute you walk away with it, the relationship totally changes. That`s unfortunately what happened here. I also bring my car here for services. For my 15,000 mile service, I paid my money after I looked at the ""services rendered"" list. (The cashiers, as usual, are really rude, too. Don`t expect to get any help from them. They don`t g... view morereet you, and I`ve stood there while they`ve chatted away, waiting to pay my bill.) Two days later, after my ""service"" , mind you, we were stranded in my car on the side of the road. Apparently, there was something wrong with the battery. Is that not included in my service? Who knows what else they don`t check/fix. We asked to speak to the top managers, and they offered us NOTHING!!! There was no apology, no ""what can we do for you?""...nothing. Then they act like it`s your fault. Oh, sorry I drove my car around. I`ve brought my car here on many occasions; the ""services rendered"" list automatically prints out that the car was washed/vacuumed. I had to ask to have it washed/vacuumed the 2nd time. They`ve washed/vacuumed my car only twice. I will never bring my car here, again. I love my car, but I wish I had gone elsewhere.
