I am one of the most skeptical, untrusting, "how are they going to screw me" people around, so needless to say, when we drove down from the Riverside area to look at a used car that I had been trying to find, I was, as usual, ready for the normal used car experience. I still have a hard time believing that the car is sitting in my garage, and that it was more stressful buying my big screen TV at Best Buy th... view morean it was to purchase this car!!! I was working with Tommy who handles the internet sales, (I think) and he was super nice, yet professional, NOT overbearing or pushy at all and totally the opposite of what the stereotype car sales person is portrayed as. We talked price for, uhm, maybe 15 minutes after a good test drive and closed the deal with a handshake. We then went in to talk to the finance manager Mike and it was so relaxed and casual and, once again, unpressured that I kept waiting for something to go wrong. NOTHING HAPPENED!! Walked out with the keys, 2 year extended warranty and $1000 under Kelly Blue Book price for retail sale of that car. If your buying a car, this place Rocks!! Don`t know about the rest of the crew, but Tommy and Mike definitely will earn your respect and loyalty. Thanks guys. Hope you get to read this.

Midway Jeep provided the best car buying experience I have had in my life. I am past being senior and have purchased many new vehicles in my life time. Special kudos to Stan and Pavel for making it a good experience. Stan actually came out in the cold wind this morning to set the Homelink to sync with my garage door opener. In my opinion that is above and beyond good service.

after checking on line about different trucks,i liked what the ram truck had to offer.i passed by Midway Jeep dodge and saw what a large selection of trucks they had so stopped in Stan showed me a truck i was looking for took me on a test drive ,told me all about the truck.i felt no pressure and comfortable around Stan and he let truck sell itself. thanks for giving me what i wanted in a salesman and a truck.

I bought my jeep there and after shopping at other dealerships I found Stan to be a non-pushy, extremely helpful, patient and down to earth saleperson! He responds to all of my questions and needs immediately and everything has gone really smooth. I haven`t had much experience with service yet, but on the occasion that my ipod wasn`t working with the radio, they helped me (even though it wasn`t the car`s fault but problems with my own ipod). I have been taking our family Jeep to Midway jeep for years and have always gotten great service. I was excited when Midway was selling the new 2011 Dodge RAM, so I just bought a new Ram from them and I got the same excellent treatment in the Sales dept. Wow. I am kind of surprised because I had a great experience at Midway Jeep. My salesman Stan was great and I got a really good deal there. I guess the new management is working on change. I give them five out of five. Stanwas even honest about something that he could have easily concealed that he knew was a small fault about the car I bought. Instead of hiding it he showed me that a small spring had popped off of th... view moree fuel door and even offered to fix it. I told him not to worry because a spot of JB weld would do the job, he was courteous, friendly, saved me time and money. In the end that is all I want from a car dealer.
