THEY SAVE ME FROM A BIG TRAUBEL

THEY SAVED MY VACATION

So, I had a trip planned to go to Vegas for two weeks, and none of the big rental companies would give me a rental car, simply because I don`t own a credit card! I was referred to Galaxy Rent A Car and explained my situation, the owner actually took the call, asked me to go over to their office and 45 minutes later I was driving out the lot with my rental, and paying a way lower rate than the other car rental compani... view morees were charging me! Talk about really looking at their customers on a individual case by case, best customer service I`ve experience in years! I highly recommend this place, if you want the best deal, and customer service of course.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE

This was the worst car rental place I have ever rented from. PLease be careful, as the man who owns this, is a very dihonest person. I rented his car for four days, told him I would be driving out of the state (500 miles each way) and he told he it would just be $69.00 a day. I was looking at paying $280.00. When I got home, I dropped the car off, and realized 4 days later my credit card was charged $800.00. The... view morey charged me for insurance I denied, miles I went over, and though the man told me to have the car back on Sunday before 11 PM, he never said one thing about charging me $30 an hour for the extra time I had the car for. To make matters even worse the car that I was given was awful. It didn`t even work properly. The gas gage was broken as were the headlights!

My co-worker just rented a car from the same people, and is going through the same problem. I STRONGLY would not rent from these two guys that own the shop. They will steal your money!
