DON`T USE THIS PLACE!!! I went in for an oil change which they did. But when I picked up my car they excitedly told me about how my engine has massive oil leaks, and I must have them fixed right away. They also emphasized cracks I had, and it would be dangerous to drive away.
Truth is I have one small leak. So small that overnight on a piece of cardboard, it only leaves 3 drops. They must need business really badly... view more. DON`T TRUST A WORD THEY SAY!!!

Chris is Awesome
My boyfriend and I have taken all three of our cars there while we lived in San Diego never hand a problem and always had great service, even a discount here and there. If fact my boyfriend is having his car towed to his shop from LA where a tire blew and the breaks (he had fixed in Santa Barbara) locked up at this moment, we have considered driving to SD just so he can work on our cars because we trust him that muc... view moreh.

Excellent Service!
On a referral from a guy at the local carwash, I went to Chris`s. They took care of my daughter`s car, offered some very helpful advice (no charge, thank you very much!) and took care of the smog check on my Suburban. Friendly and quick. I`ll be trusting them with maintenance of my daughter`s car (and therefore, her safety). There is no higher recommendation...

DON`T USE THIS BUSINESS
These people took advantage of their inability to speak english and my ignorance regarding requirements for passing a smog test. They told me that my car "might" pass a smog test despite my "check engine" light being illuminated. I did not know that there was NO possibility that it pass, so approved the test be completed. Of course it did not pass and they still charged me for it. Then they tried ... view moreto tell me that they told me that from the beginning, that they warned me that it would "definitely not pass" and recommended I pay them $100 bucks to run a diagnostic, but none of that money would go towards the repair, if I chose to repair with them. The girl who is at the front desk is rude, as is the manager, Chris.
