Won`t Return your calls
I won`t tell you whether or not you should go there. I`ll just tell you about my experience.
I bought an older Saturn from Carz, paid $2500 out the door. Obviously I`m not expecting this car to be the most perfect vessel ever owned by man, I`m realistic, so I knew I`d probably have to get things fixed here and there.
When I purchased the car from Mark, that seems to be the only day that he was ever in the shop.... view more Number one, he told me they had just replaced and put in a new radiator. It came as a surprise to me when 2 weeks later the low water alert kept coming up on the dash, what with this "new" radiator in the car. My thinking is if they just got it fixed, then it should still be under warranty, why should I pay for it when they can get it for free? So I call up the dealer and speak to Jason, Mark`s partner who might as well be the only one that works there since Mark is apparently never in.
After 4 calls to Jason over the next 2 weeks, who claims to always let Mark know when someone calls for him, I FINALLY reach Mark. Not only by this time am I upset about the radiator I keep having to fill with water, I`m pissed because I also haven`t received any DMV paperwork for a car I`ve owned for over a month. After much delay I finally get the radiator problem settled (they use a shady place around the corner, no wonder it wasn`t fixed right the first time) but still have NO tags (for whatever reason, the current tags were not on the car and Mark charged me to replace them).
I purchased this car in January and as of today still have NOT received the tags I paid Mark to send me. The registration was due in March, and I already paid that (thankfully through the DMV and not Mark). What I don`t like is that something I paid them for never got to me, and now I can`t even use it. All my calls to Mark go un-returned, and Jason, who supposedly lets Mark know every time I call, is VERY rude.
