Never Going Back

Unfortunately I will NEVER return to this mechanic again. It didn`t start off so bad - Luis was friendly, accommodating and got the job done.... the first time around anyway. The second time was a completely different story. I took my car in to have one of my tail lights replaced and when I got it back, not only did my control panel lights (for radio, climate control, etc.) fail to come on, but one of my windows s... view moretopped operating as well, both of which worked fine before l dropped my car off. When I called Luis and told him about this, he said we could schedule a time for me to come back. Then he was completely unreachable and never returned my calls. Needless to say, he never fixed them. To make matters worse, I referred a friend of mine to Wonda Engine before all of this happened and my friend has had a nightmare of an experience and has had to fork up hundreds of dollars to fix Luis`s mistakes since Luis refused to fix them himself... I honestly don`t know how this place stays in businees.

BEWARE - RIP OFF and HORRIBLE SERVICE

The worst service you could ever get. Never returned calls, used unprofessional staff and work was never completed. I took my car in for an engine replacement - they replaced the motor and then I had major electrical issues for the next year....when I confronted them on repairs for services I had paid for they denied and said I`d had to repay and regardless of the invoice stating I already paid they wouldn`t help me.... view more I have another friend who used them - they had major electrical issues post bringing their car to Wonda. WORST mechanic shop in San Jose. Horrible management...

Wonda Engine Inc

Wonda Engine Inc is the worst nightmare you can get. They incompetent, they lie to you and they are not saving you money but all the way around. Stay away from these guys. I learned the hard way.
