I`m giving this place a single star - I would give it no stars if allowed.
I`m here because I`m left with the feeling that I`ve been taken for a ride by this dealership while buying a new motorcycle and inventory was dumped on me. I tried to work with the dealer, but they just give me the usual bs about going out and enjoying my bike and so on. They just spoke to me as if I was someone looking to squeeze the heck... view more out of them (if that were true, they certainly deserve it in my mind). I went in to their dealership in Jan. Over three conversations (over 2 weekends), I bought a new honda 2010 motorcycle from them. I was very clear with the sales person and had that I would hate hearing about a price drop or news of a new model being released within a few days (I said 30 days) of my purchase.
I bought the 2010 model because:
a) I asked the dealer if honda was making the 2011 model in my specific version. I was told that if that was happening, they would`ve known by now. I then started asking if the 2010 model would be killed by Honda. A person, apparently the honda sales rep for the bay area was called on the speakerphone and both the sales rep and the dealer rep ended up saying that the model would not be made in 2011
b) The dealer and the honda rep said that the 2011 model was being made in other countries, so I shouldn`t be worried about the line being killed.
I bought the vehicle on the 29th of January. On the 4th of February, the 2011 model was announced. Within 5 days of buying my motorcycle. **Even after I`d told the dealer rep that I was ready to buy a new vehicle if Honda was releasing it soon**.
I complained to Honda, the owner of the dealership and the end result was that I was told to enjoy my bike.
