DO NOT GO THERE, THEY LIE AND CHEAT. THEY TOLD ME MY BREAKS NEEDED TO BE FIXED IMMEDEIATLY, BECAUSE I AM AT THE LEGAL LIMIT AND IT IS DANGEROUS TO DRIVE LIKE THIS. I CAME IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND NOW I HAVE A HUGE NAIL IN MY TIRE. WELL, I CHECKED MY TIRES THE DAY BEFORE I CALLED THEM AND THEY WHERE FINE. FUNNY THAT THIS HAPPENED ON MY DRIVE OVER TO THEIR SHOP, WHEN THEY CALLED ME TO ARRANGE FOR A NEW TIRE I WAS SURPI... view moreRSED THAT THEIR USED TIRES START AT 100 +++ DOLLARS.
THIS GAVE ME REASON TO WANT TO SEE MY BREAKS FOR MYSELF. I TOOK THE CARE TO ANOTHER MECHANIC AND HE TOLD ME THAT MY BREAKS ARE FINE. MORE THAN FINE ACTUALLY, BUT ACCORDING TO QUICK LANE ANOTHER MECHANICS OPINION DOES NOT MATTER TO THEM. I CALLED THE BUREU OF AUTOMOTIVES AND THE COMPANY WAS FORCED TO ADMIT TO THEIR WRONG DOING. UNFORTUNATALLY, THEY ONLY GOT A SLAP ON THE WRIST. BASED ON THEIR RESPONSES DURING THE CASE FILLING I KNOW THAT THEY HAVE LEARNED NOTHING AND CONTINUE TO ABUSE PEOPLES TRUST IN PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!! I TOOK BOTH OF MY CARS THERE TO BE HAVE MAJOR WORK DONE. I ENDED UP PAYING CLOSE TO $4,000 TO GET EVERYTHING DONE, BRAKES, TUNE UPS, FLUSHES, ECT....I HAD TO RETURN BACK LESS THAN 6 MONTHS BECAUSE MY BRAKES STARTED TO BECOME METAL TO METAL, SO I RETURNED, THEY LOOKED AT THE BRAKES AND SAID "BOTH REAR BRAKES WERE METAL TO METAL" AND I HAD TO PAY $400 TO GET THEM BOTH FIX... view moreED!!! UHM, NO!!! I TOLD THEM THERE WAY NO WAY IN HELL IF MY BRAKES WERE FIXED PROPERLY LESS THAN 6 MONTHS AGO, THAT THEY WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED ALREADY!!! SO I CALLED FORD LINCOLN MERCURY(the people who own and run quicklane) AND WENT OFF.....THEY TOLD ME TO BRING IT IN AND THEY WILL REPLACE THE BRAKES AND ROTORS...WHEN I WENT IN I TOLD THEM I WANTED MY OLD PARTS PLACED IN THE BOXES THE NEW PARTS CAME IN, AND I WANTED TO SEE THEM...WELL, WHEN I GOT THERE THERE WERE A MILLION EXCUSES WHY THEY COULDN`T GIVE ME THE OLD PARTS. ONE WAS THE HEAD HONCHO WANTED LOOK OVER THE PARTS, AND WAS TOLD I WOULD GET THEM AFTER HE LOOKED AT THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE ALREADY SENT OVER THERE...WELL, I KEPT CALLING BECAUSE I WANTED TO WHAT HAPPENED, AND LOW AND BEHOLD, MY PARTS GREW LEGS AND WALKED OUT THE SHOP.....AND COME TO FIND OUT, THEY ONLY REPLACED 1 BRAKE AND 1 ROTOR, BUT WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR IN THEY TOLD ME BOTH REAR BRAKES AND ROTORS HAD TO BE REPLACED....I CALLED THEM AGAIN ONCE I FOUND OUT, AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY HAVE AMNESIA!!!! AND GET THIS.....THE MAIN MAN OVER IN THE REPAIR PLACE (JOEY) HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME WHEN I FIRST BROUGHT IT TO HIS ATTENTION ABOUT THE BRAKES, THAT THE REAR BRAKES ON PILOTS TEND TO WEAR OUT FASTER BECAUSE THEY ARE USED MORE, AND HE KNOWS THIS BECAUSE HE WORKED AT HONDA FOR YEARS...LMFAO...HE MUST HAVE THOUGHT I WAS STUPID....SO I CALLED HONDA AND TOLD THEM WHAT WAS GOING ON AND ASKED THEM ABOUT THE BRAKES, AND THEY BASICALLY SAID HE WAS FULL OF CRAP, AND THEY HAVE TO FIX QUITE A FEW HONDA`S THEIR CUSTOMERS BROUGHT OVER THERE BECAUSE OF THE CHEAPER PRICE, YEAH, THEIR CHEAPER BECAUSE THEY DON`T FIX THE CRAP YOU PAY THEM TO FIX AND LIE ABOUT IT.......DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE....THEY ARE THE MOST DISHONEST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO BESIDES MIDAS
