After waiting all day to have ...
After waiting all day to have my turn signal switch replaced, I drove home and noticed a hub cap was missing. The service department was also checking on a front-left tire issue. Now a hub cap was missing from that same wheel! I had just filled air in the tire before arriving, so I know the cap was there when I dropped it off. After calling the service department back, I was told the technician couldn`t remember ... view moreif there was a cap when he worked on it (there was). He said he would work on it and call me back the next day. At the end of the next day, I called back. Now the technician is saying "it never had a hubcap," and the serviceman is nowhere around. A week later, they won`t return my calls and are ignoring the issue. The tech either lost, broke, or stole the hubcap...and I had to go to another dealership to get a new one. I will NEVER go to this place again and I will pass this bad experience on to everyone who owns a Ford!!

Always Professional Service
They`ve taken care of my Saleen S281 & the Lightning and have never sold me anything they didn`t need. I`ve been going to this location for the last few years and I`ve always had a great experience. There was a time where I needed a few bolts for the saleen where the Headers meet the H-Pipe that apparently came loose.
