Gene Russell was our salesman, and he exceeded our expectations in every way. First, he was friendly, and personable.He worked with us for over 6 hours on Saturday to get the numbers on 2 leases where we needed them to be, with a lousy trade in and minimal cash out of pocket. He accomplished a fast turnaround on a dealer trade for the second vehicle (the Volt), and maintained excellent communication through Monday w... view morehen we were able to get the second lease signed. The communications and his ability to get the numbers very close to our original wishes were key. All in all, an excellent experience which I will be telling friends and family about!

Service

I am very disaponted in Moss Chevrolet. When I bought my Impala they gave me the best service. I even told the sales man Erick that I would be back next year to by a new car. I bouth a service. The service is deteling I pay $15 dollars a mouth for the service. I did not have a problem paying for the service. Moss Bro. Only did the service once. And I call them they give me the round arounds. So don`t get the service ... view morebecause you will be pay the service intill you finish paying the car.

The gentlemen at Moss Bothers Chevrolet in Moreno Valley provide superlative quality. Every gentleman who interacted with me knows his business. It`s no small feat to go through what it takes to purchase a car in Cali! But your gentleman are as smooth as my new ride Mr. Moss, Sr.. I don`t have one bad word to say. Your men hooked me up with a minimum of effort on my part. Even when I fell in love with my new Vette & became distracted- I wasn`t even looked at twice to pay my bill. Not because I wasn`t going to pay but because I think everyone was exited that I was buying a new car! I dig mechanics & car lovers. We all had a great time while everybody was doing their job! Clearly your employees care about their jobs and love cars. They dress nicely, they are courteous but down to earth at the same time. Everyone has a great attitude, good, honest eye contact & body language. They are kind, they shared their own car stories with us as the day progressed. I can also tell that I would have been treated like a lady no matter what I was doing there or what I knew about cars. I watched how others were handled. Everybody in your place of business has a smile. Customers & associates alike. Thank you for presenting me with a pleasant experience. I will recommend you to anyone I talk to.
