The most incompetent mechanics...

The most incompetent mechanics I have ever come across. Kept my car for a month, $1300.00. I was told for two weeks," It will be tomorrow". No one answers the phone or returns messages. Paid for a tow. It sat in front of my house for 4 days before they picked it up. When they did they broke the bumper in half. Picked the car up 4 times and I returned it three times. The final time, they pulled up in it, and... view more told me to take it for a spin.( Like they had fixed it or something) I drove out of there and straight to another mechanic( on two out of four cylinders) that informed me they never removed the head to check for damage or to do a pressure check. They crimped a power steering line and now it`s leaking, valve cover bolts were never tightened.(took them out with fingers), and two cylinders were dead holes.They also put the wrong spark plugs in the car , and ruined a new set of plug wires. I am contacting e BBB and the State Attorney General`s office to file a complaint. They held my car hostage for 4 weeks, and charged me $1300 and never completed the work. Fraudulent services, no communication, negligence almost to the point of criminal. Also the scumbags stole a quart of brake fluid out of the back of my car. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!
