I am completely unsatisfied with the service my mother has had from this dealership. As I followed up with the problem of her alarm going off at random, I too took it to the dealership, and no repair was made and finally found a way to fix the problem. The second frustrating time My mother took her Kia to this dealership, to have a basic service, she was told that the brakes needed replacement. They did replace the r... view moreear brake pads, said they had to turn the rotors, and from then on it had a horrible shimmy when the brakes were applied above 40 MPH. I WARN EVERYONE TO AVIOD SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!
