Purrfect Auto Service is just like the name says Perfection! In the past I have always taken my car to the auto dealership. I really did not trust anyone else with my car due to past bad experiences. Made up for it!!

I took my car in to have the radiator looked at. Paul the owner advised that I needed a new radiator $645.00. I proceeded to have them replace it on a Saturday. The following day my car over heated and left us on the side of the road. My husband opened the hood and the main hose wasn`t fastened properly and it came out causing all the coolant to drain, hence, why the car over heated. I proceeded to contact Paul however they were closed being a Sunday. He called me Monday morning to try to resolve the issue but one of his employees was extremely rude to me. His employee went to my house and said that it was a waste of time to go, he said it several time. Paul did rectify my horrible experience by towing my car to the shop so that they can fix the issue, he also proceeded to cover the rental of a car for me to be able to get to work. He went above and beyond customer service, he also reprimanded his employee for being rude.

There are better places out there...

This place is ok.... But they always say they are too busy, so you`ll have to wait a long time to get work done. One time I couldn`t help but notice a car in their lot that was vandalized and up on blocks with the rims missing... Hopefully it isn`t always that dangerous to leave your car there.

Only place I trust to take my car

I have taken my 2005 Dodge Durango to Purrfect Auto for small to large jobs. They do their job quickly and their prices are very resonable and fair. Their work manship is great and their customer service is by far one of the best I have received at an auto repair shop. Each time I have taken my car to Purrfect Auto, the given estimate is always very close to what my final cost is. I have been very happy with all the service and help I have received from the staff at Purrfect Auto. I think everyone will be very satisfied with the service to get at their shop. It is the only place I trust for an honest estimate and good job done on my car.

Finally! Someone I can trust in this business...

FINALLY found a mechanic that I can not only trust, but one that gets the job done right and gets it done fast. I`m a busy guy and really appreciate the speedy service that fits my 5 days a week schedule. After work on Friday I drop the car off, a mechanic drives me home (i live couple miles away), work is finished over the weekend, and I pick the car up early Monday morning on my way to work.
