I love my new Q5

Competitive pricing

I stopped at this Audi location en route to several large Audi dealerships in the Bay Area just to see what they had in their inventory. To my surprise I found myself purchasing a vehicle from them because of their competitive pricing, but mostly because and the family atmosphere. The deal was no nonsense.

A class above other dealerhips

I very much appreciated the assistance of everyone at the dealership and the courtesy with which I was treated. They were a class above every other dealership with which I worked and ultimately that was why I purchased my car from them. Danny spent a lot of time going over the features of the car with me which made it much easier to learn all of the new technology in my new car.

Very nice and helpful

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The shuttle was waiting for me when the check in was done and I was dropped off promptly which was awesome! When they called to tell me my car was ready they had the shuttle on stand by which I loved. My car was ready when they said it would be and I was on my way. My car was beautiful when I picked it up. It was wonderful.

Genuinely seemed to care

The salesman who worked with me was the most articulate, personable and insightful car salesman I have ever worked with and I have purchased over fifteen cars. He made the whole experience very easy and genuinely seemed to care whether I was satisfied. I will buy another car from him. Everyone at the dealership was just as friendly and helpful.
