Reviews:
service is great.
My husband and I recently bought a Kawasaki motorcycle from GP sports. We would definitely recommend GPsports to other people and have already. There were no hassles and the service is great.

Avoid this place - non-existant customer service
Special ordered some parts on a Saturday, and informed them I needed them before leaving (with my bike) overseas early Wednesday morning. They placed a rush on the order, taking the full order amount plus an additional $50 rush order surcharge, assuring me that it would be available for pickup before 10:00am on Tuesday.
Went to the store to pick up the parts Tuesday morning, and was informed they didn`t come ... view morein that morning`s shipment, but assured they`d absolutely be there by 2:00pm. Went back later that afternoon, and then informed that someone made a mistake in shipping it out, and they`d be in the next day. Told them it would be too late, and asked for a refund.
The manager came out and refused my refund request claiming it wasn`t their mistake, but their distributor`s mistake, so they aren`t responsible. They claimed that refunds were only made for special cases where they make a mistake themselves. What the *?! If their distributor makes a mistake, that`s between them and their distributor to work out -- not me. That`s the reason retail stores exist - to provide a SERVICE to their retail CUSTOMERs - so I don`t have to deal with such issues.
Fortuneately, I used a credit card for the order, so was able to contact the credit card company who promptly issued a refund - agreeing that regardless of their internal shipping problems, they just didn`t deliver the product to me as promised.
