DON`T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! Quality Auto located on Masi Drive on Rancho Cucamonga used to do business as Expert Auto (two doors down!). They do not know how to work on cars. They end up doing more damage and costing you more money. We took our Camry to Expert Auto in Nov. 2011 and over a period of seven months ended up having three engines put into our car. By June 2012 they messed our car up so badly we ha... view mored to take it to Crown Toyota to have them put the third engine in. Mirna, the Owner, refused to reimburse us for any of the over $10K we spent on the two engines her mechanics (and I use that word loosely!) destroyed. We finally got the Bureau of Automotive Repair involve and Mirna still refused to reimburse us any money even after the B.A.R. determined that the first two engines were ruined do to `poor workmanship` by the mechanics at Expert Auto. While all of this was going on Mirna and her husband, George, opened up Quality Auto in March-April 2012 timeframe. We now have a small claims case going against Mirna and Expert Auto to try to regain some of our $10K back. When the Process Server went to serve them the papers - guess what? - Expert Auto is no longer in business! Ray Charles could have seen that one coming!!! Save yourself the frustration and MONEY! try to find a reputable auto repair facility.
