BAD SERVICE/DAMAGE MY CAR
I do believed that this facility had damaged my car. Last May, I took my 1997 Acura to this facility for a regular oil changed. While the service was performed, the Service Manager told me that my brake fluid is dirty, my left front Axle CV Booth has no greased and needs to be replaced. When I asked for an estimate, they told me roughly around $300.00. I authorized them for the service to replaced the CV Axle booth b... view moreut when I took the car home, I have some strange shuddering noise. I was thinking it would go away but didn`t. After a month or so, took the car to a ""WHEEL ALIGNMENT"" shop and was told that my car left front ""CV Axle/Booth is loose.
Took the car back to Grace Honda, I was told that a $75.00 fee is needed to have the car ""CV Axle/Booth re-inspected. After several hours, I went down to talked to the Service Manager what they found out and service manager talked to the mechanic. My WHEEL BEARING was damage. I don`t think the service manager knows what he was talking about when he said that the wheel bearing that was damage has nothing to do with the CV Axle Booth that was replaced a month ago. Well, they asked me a total of $876.00 for the repair of the Wheel Bearing. I didn`t authorized the repair and took the car to another repair facility and found out that the failure of the car ""WHEEL BEARING"" was caused by CV Booth replacement. Since the CV Axle booth was not installed properly and was loose, it cause the car Wheel Bearing to fail. Just like I said, never have this problem before with my car until they have replaced my ""CV AXLE BOOTH"". Well, I lost $75.00 for the re-inspection fee by Grace Honda and of course also damage my car for replacement of the ""CV Axle/Booth. Also, the service manager said to me that the re-inspection fee was waiveable if it has nothing to do with the ""CV Axle Booth"". He was wrong. AGAIN, I am asking everyone, ""DON`T TAKE YOUR CAR"" to GRACE HONDA as it would create more damage to your car repairs.

STAY AWAY! RUN FOR THE HILLS!
No kidding. Grace Honda is a joke. After being greeted by striking workers claiming that the dealership is dishonest, the sales staff made me wait forever while they conspired and retreated too often behind closed doors (and large windows) to find ways to take advantage of me. I lost track of the amount of lies and misrepresentations made to me. As a lawyer, I was particularly humored by their frequent misstatements ... view moreof California law. After spending almost a week trying to move these folks faster than a snail`s pace, I was able to reach a deal for a trade-in and purchase of another vehicle. Then the fun began. They tried to get out of providing a smog certification. They tried to get out of paying me the agreed upon price for the trade-in and they tried to get me to sign documents that said one thing while they told me that the documents said something else. Since I was paying cash for the transaction, I refused to sign a credit application or allow them to run my credit report. Then the lies started coming out faster than they could say them. Clearly, they wanted to get out of the deal because the trade-in value was, after the latest manager`s inspection, too high. Then the waiting and delays continued. Finally, when the finance manager returned to my table to explain (with 3 more successive lies) why I needed to complete and sign a credit application for a cash deal. Didn`t work. I insisted on the return of my key, registration and title. The deal was clearly dead. When she didn`t return with my items, I went into the "Holy Office of Dishonor & Conspiracy" and retrieved them myself. When I was leaving, the head used car salesman sarcastically yelled, "good luck in life." He was wishing me luck? He`s a used care salesman! I told him in a loud voice to f--- off. I needed a shower. What a way to do business! They have to be put out of business by this economy. It would be a disgrace for Grace Honda to survive.

avoid Francis Lennon
I ttok my car in for and oil change and this guy was so rude to me, he told me to hold on numerous times before he got to me and i had made an appointment. the after waiting he finally got to me and had the nerve to tell me I was late. Then during the walk around my car i had no scratches and i watched him walk around it. He opened the hood and tried to sell me a brake fluid flush and power steering fluid flush and ... view morean injector service. Is he a mechanic! the mechanic hasn`t even looked at my car. After the oil change he tried to sell me more stuff I mean how can you trust a guy like this. So I told him he was full of it and he told me just don`t come back. So I get my car and there`s a scratch on my door. He said I`m trying to get over. I asked for the manager and he replied I am the manager. I thought the manager was suppose to be curtious and know how to talk to people. I told him I wasn`t coming back and he had the nerve to call me cheap. Can you believe this from a manager. this guy must be to old to worry about customer service. I asked another guy for the owners name and he gave it to me. I called in and talked with her and to no avail NO APOLOGY, NO ANYTHING. They basically told me they backed his decision. do they expect people to come back. Poor customer service, Poor people skills, The dealership looked like a hell hole/dungeon, the waiting room had no water, no coffee, there is no shuttle, and these guys are just crooks trying to get every penny out of you to put in there pocket obviously not into the dealership. I would not recommend this place to anyone except people I hate.

Grace, no clumsy lies. No warning needed, they`re obvious.
Too lazy to pull clever tricks. These clowns do not even bother to hide all of their scams. Profit and commissions are expected, but you do not have to be so dishonest. All cars at this poorly maintained dealership have Lojack, which is never quoted in their prices. The ""optional"" Lojack system is only $995 (street value $595). Of course, they can give you a good deal compared to others, if you factor in the Lojack... view more cost. Another reviewer called them liars. Car salespersons are trained to squeeze every last dollar out of their targets, but most tricks are buried in lease and financing details. These clowns do not even try to hide it by pulling the ""options"" game from the very start. There is no Grace, just clumsy greed. The owners should have serious concerns about their reputation. Salespersons come and go, but this dealership`s name is permanently stained. This Lojack game is pathetic. I am not trying to warn you to be careful. I am telling you to avoid Grace Honda completely. Warnings apply to most other car dealerships. Grace Honda thinks we are all stupid.

Bunch of liers
I went in with a price in hand and they agreed to the price. Then they tried to get me to pay for a Lojack. I told them no and they told me they can deliver a car the next day without Lojack. The next day, they screwed up and installed a Lojack then tried to get me to pay for the Lojack. I said we made a deal at the agreed price, either give me the car at the agreed price or I walk. The Liers said no and I walked. Ne... view morever deal with these liers.

False Service
I brought my car in for a wheel alignment, which was not correctly done, the service department then recommended to have the tires balanced. After 2 months, I needed to buy brand new tires and the shop that replaced them informed me how terribly the alignment needed to be fixed. Grace Honda would not redo the alignment, they should have done in the first place. I will never go back or refer anyone to Grace Honda.

Sounds good but no quality to back i tup
- They`re very professional and friendly. They have great communication skills & make you feel well taken care of- at first
- Told me they`d make me a `deal`. Ended up not giving me the service I understood I`d paid for
- My car had major problems shortly after they serviced it. When I brought it back they said didn`t check the things that I had understood they were inspecting
- Car came back incredibly dirty. I... view moret was covered with pollen that took 2 washings & several weeks to wear off including the interior
- The service dept and the sales dept don`t have the same understanding of the late night pick up procedures. I got 2 mixed answers that ended up causing me a lot of inconvenience in picking up my car - but later made up for it
