I used this Body Shop several times in the past and it was OK until now. August 24. 2012 my truck was hit to the right side and I took it to Eurocraft for repair. It took almost a month to fix the truck, but I was patiently waiting. When Edward told me, that truck is ready for release, I inspected the job done and found 2 dents, which I did not have before the repa... view moreir. After argumentation, Edward finally agreed to pay for the fixing of the dents. Soon after repair I found that the rear bumper and the truck bed were not installed properly and one bolt holding the bed to the frame was broken. I asked Edward if the truck frame was ever inspected and can he fix the problems. He denied everything, but agreed to replace the broken bolt only and refused to fix the other issues. After all, I had to file a complain with the Bureau of Automotive Repair and take the truck to another Body Shop, where the frame was inspected and found damaged. The rear bumper was also found damaged and had to be replaced by Eurocraft, but never was. Also the scratches were found on the hidden surfaces of the cabin and the bed and had to be repainted. Right rear light had to be reinstalled, because it was not installed properly by Eurocraft as well.. Fortunately, the frame work was paid by Insurance Company, but for the rest of that work done by the second Body Shop I had to pay out of my pocket ($1916.31). So far Edward agreed to pay for the new bumper only, for which he got the money from the Insurance Company, but never installed it. The rest of the money I will have to try to collect in a Small Claim Court. That`s the 4 month story and I finally got my truck done, but not by Eurocraft! I will never ever deal with Eurocraft again and strongly recommend to everyone to stay away from this Shop at any cost.
