These guys saved the day for me. While coming up to Tehachapi, the oil drain plug came off and my car lost all of its oil. Since I had the oil changed the day before by a different shop in a different town, they documented everything with photos and wrote out a detailed report. They then fixed it correctly. They went above and beyond the call of duty to get me back on the road. Thanks Protech.

While I was away on vacation my 2009 Nissan Cube was having trouble starting. I took it to a Nissan dealer and was told I needed a short block. Shock set in. I called Richard and told him where I was and told him of the situation. He suggested I have the dealer change the oil and send me on my way. Once home I took the car to ProTech. Four of my clients recommended Pro Tech so I checked it out on the internet. Impressed with the reviews I made an appointment for my son`s car and mine. Both times they have been absolutely amazing. They think quickly on their feet, are accommodating and honest. I have never seen so many people walk into a car repair shop with a smile. These guys are awesome. They work quickly and efficiently and I`ve never had to bring back a car to redo work that they performed. Their prices are quite reasonable and their staff members are friendly. I couldn`t ask for more than that.

I finally found a mechanic in Tehachapei I can recommend, they are fast, honest, and thorough. Ill never take my Jeep to another shop. Ive lived in Tehach for 15 years and this is the most happy I`ve been with a mechanic. I highly recommend this place. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

The work, besides being awesome, is always done in a very timely manner. Ron, Richard, Bob and Chad are the best around. Just got reamed!!!

$125 oil change & tire rotation!!!! I can`t believe they have the nerve to charge this! Partly our fault for not double checking the estimate, which is confusing to read. We thought we would give our business to a local business, but NEVER again! Back to the dealer where they also wash the car for $29.95. Can`t wait for Walmart to come to Tehachapi to officially put these thieves out of business. Outrageous!!
