I took my car for an oil change and asked for a tires rotate. I think that this Owens business has been slow and he tried to sell me tires and wipers. After i came home i check my oil level it got half a gallon short. My car is only 2 years old and the tires are new Michelin Tires. I called him up for the missing oil and why he had not rotate my tires when he charged me for it and he got mad at me.

NEVER AGAIN!

First off...this is my first and ONLY experience with this place. I show up at 10 AM...the manager tells me they are too busy to see me until later in the day. Fine no problem. ""Come back at 2:30"" he says. No problem. 2:15 I show up (just incase they could get to me a little early) the manager is at the desk again and checks me in...didnt seem to recognize me whatsoever from 4 hours prior. Whatever no biggie. Well,... view more this is where it gets better....2:15 to 3:15 my car sits there in the parking lot .(all I`m wanting done is a brake inspection mind you) 3:20 rolls around and now I`m starting to get a little irrate because I realize there are people still waiting in front of me to be helped. So I ask the manager how long till they put my car up on the lift? ""10 mins 10 min 10 min"" They put my car on the lift at 3:45 and there it sat...and sat....and sat. The worst thing was that they MOVED MY CAR IN FRONT OF SOMEONE ELSES CAR! they slid my car in front of another lady who wasnt paying attention. It disgusted me.That was the last straw BY 4 O CLOCK I HAD ENOUGH! I told him take my damn car off the lift I was going down the road. He wasn`t apologetic. Just defending about how ""this is how this business goes."" I know pep boys gets me in and out. and im pretty confident most auto shops can handle a brake inspection in under 3 hours.I`d hate to see how long it would take them to actually REPLACE THE BRAKES> ::shutter:: Short of the long is this place is unorganized, dirty, overpriced, unprofessional and short staffed. I dont know why ANYONE would EVER repeat business here. Just...never again. Take your money down the road. I couldn`t give this place a worse review.

Brake Service

On 11/15/08 @ 3:37:43 PM I finally was able to drive out of this facility with my brakes changed. You see I waited 7 hours in their waiting room while they tried to get parts for my brakes. I was told by their Manager that they ordered the wrong parts and that a parts vehicle was on it`s way from Ceres to Mantica to get the right parts. This took approximately 2 hrs. What makes me mad is that the first 3 hours of waiting, not one person, including the manager, made a attempt to tell me that there was a problem. While I was waiting in the waiting room, there was two ladies that came in. They both were in a rage about some added charges they received on their service work. They stated, that they felt that the manager was full of talk and tried to deceive them on the service work. My biggest complaint is that waiting 7 hours watching these so called laborers working in this shop there was hardly any work being done on any of the vehicles in the work bays. That the manager was a untiring talkative individual to everyone that came in for service. When I bring my vehicle in for service, I don`t need their rep. telling me stories about their past vehicle performances and the length of time that they go through before they have to change their brakes.
