Does not honor warranty on repair !

Bought car which was repaired by F.J. Come to find out
repair was only partially taken care of. Car is now out of
state and had to deal with F.J. thru my local dealership

NEVER BUY FROM FLETCHER JONES

I was amazed at what this place looked like and was completely shocked when they fraudulently double billed me. I was swarmed by competing sales people and when I finally bought the car...I was promised the world. I never received the missing pieces from my new car or the new dvd that was suppose to come with it. On top of this, they cashed my check AND charged my credit card. I tried calling and emailing over 21 tim... view morees and never received one phone call in return. I recorded conversations with their top executives and once they found out they were being recorded they all hung up. Do not trust this company. They will only screw you as they did me. Don`t be taken by their fancy operations...now I know how they built it...by screwing people!

internet sales department leaves alot to be desired!

not impressed. I truly cannot stand car salesman so I attempted to get some pricing online for a 2010 S550 with Fletcher Jones. I don`t want my time wasted and I wont tolerate pressure. I explained all this in email. I was just told I need to come in. 3 times. I have purchased many vehicles this way and no other dealers have problems giving pricing over email. My credit is perfect, I know what I want. This dealer obv... view moreiously has a plethora of business and doesn`t need mine. I will be looking elsewhere. The millions of dollars they spend on advertising I`d expect more. After the 3rd email asking for pricing this is the reply:
please consider the facts:

We are the largest volume Mercedes center in the world and we have been for 8 years straight.

We have 5 times the inventory of anyone else.

We guarantee to beat every deal.

Taking those into consideration, how can you justify not coming here and actually going anywhere else??

With all due respect, we have no motivation to waste your time or ours. If I wasn?ˆ™t totally confident we could save you money, I wouldn?ˆ™t be so insistent upon you coming here. We want your business, all I am asking for is a fair chance for us to earn it, in person. If we don?ˆ™t make you an awesome deal, I don?ˆ™t expect you to buy from us. Please allow us to show you why we are #1. You have nothing to loose and everything to gain. When can we meet??

Needless to say, I didn`t buy my SL500 from them and I wont be buying an S550 from them either! For $105,000.00 in this economy I would think I would have gotten what I asked for, 3 times!

Disneyland of dearlerships

Fletcher Jones gave me a good price when I purchased my E63 AMG. The salesman was very nice, I however didn`t think they took enough time making sure my car was clean and ready for delivery. One thing I didn`t like about this dealership was all the waiting. This is a very busy place and personal service is not top on the list.
