Reviews:
I have been going to this shop for about 7 years. The owner is one of the most honest mechanics I have met. I dont go anywhere else as the prices are fair and the work is good quality. I have never had anything but great experiences.

Over-filled my oil and damaged my car
This service shop is a never-go-to-again place for me. I went there for oil change. And they over filled it. I had to find another shop and spend 50 bucks to lower the oil level to normal.
The workers there were friendly. But their boss, well, he seems only interested in the money in your pocket.

Needed car repaired. Went to s...
Needed car repaired. Went to see how much it would cost to have repaired. Bruce Bachman (owner) quoted me $50.00. I said it was a deal and had them start the work on my vehicle. They said it would take 30min to do the work. 2 hours later. ( because all the workers stand around and talk when the owner isnt looking.) I was told my car was ready and to come pay. I go in and am told the amount to pay which is higher then... view more the price given in the quote. I ask what was going on. And they said they had to walk acrossed the street to get a part. I went ahead and paid but told the person behind the counter. I was going to make sure other customers knew of the fraud they were commiting. I was told to get out of the office. I now recieved a letter from the owner. Stating a new part would cost 414.00 and I should be lucky they could fix the old one! It wasnt me that quoted the price of the repair. By law, they have to stick to the price they quote. I am sorry if Bruce feels he doesnt have to obey the laws like every other American. Bruce has asked in the letter that I dont return to his company for repairs. He doesnt have to worry about it. Because to have to wait for 2 hours for a 30 minute job. And to be over charged for his mistakes or miscaculations is rediculous. He needs to run a business like honest business owners. This is my opinion. and everyone has a right to make there own opinions. Good Luck
