Don`t believe them!

Bought a car here 4 months ago. Wish I would have gone with my first instinct and gone up to Ashland. I was warned about this dealership by other buyers. Lithia Redding didn`t have the options I was looking for but they could get me a car with those options. When the car finally made it to the dealership (they brought it down from Ashland), it didn`t have all the options I was told it would have. The windshield and b... view moreumper had chips in them. I was told by the manager (Vaughn), that he would make it up to me with some free oil changes. After a number of phone calls and 4 trips to Redding to get oil change confirmations, I finally got a call from the salesman stating Vaughn had agreed to give me ""2"" oil changes. Are you kidding me! They cost the dealership next to nothing! Misleading and cheap tightwads is all I have to say.

Felt uncomfortable in Service area

I visited the service department on 10/14 and met 3 service writers crammed into a small space. They looked uncomfortable and I felt sorry for them. I was looking for a front end lube job for an older Chevrolet. The 3 asked me to go around to the Quick lube section of the dealership where I was advised in that sections waiting area that it would take an hour and a half to get to my 5 minute lube. I ended up g... view moreoing to a Jiffy Lube that actually lived up to their title. The 3rd star rating given was for the benefit of a doubt, perhaps I really shouldn`t have felt like I was in their way for coming in to spend money at their service department.
