Quality, Service & Dependability - Family Repair You Can Count On!
FCC Collision Centers owner, Adam Piper, started in the auto body business as a repairman in the 1970`s. In 1975 he purchased his own small business and then in 1987 expanded to the current Mountain View location. As a result of productive business growth, a second location was opened in Milpitas in 1995. Adam`s two older sons now work with him, as managers and partners, with Matt Piper in Mountain View and Jason Piper in Milpitas. FCC Collision Centers provide repair services for all types of collision damage. Both shops are equipped with state-of-the-art auto body repair equipment including electronic framework measuring and wheel alignments. Each shop is also equipped with modern downdraft spray booths for excellent paint results, using only premium Dupont paint. Our managers and office staff offer personalized service and all workmanship is guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle. Both locations are ICAR GOLD certified. This annual certification process requires that all personnel, management and technicians, complete a series of classes and testing in the field of auto body repair, paint and management. Management also requires that all personnel enroll in any workshops or classes offered by original auto manufacturers or auto paint companies. Both shops are currently in contract with Verifacts, an independent service company that analyzes, evaluates, trains and reviews ongoing work on a monthly basis. Verifacts assures that our technicians maintain the highest quality work through verification and authentification of repairs according to industry standards and original manufacturers` guidelines. Adam Piper has been on the Board of Directors of the Santa Clara County Chapter of the California Auto Body Association since 1983. He was Chapter President for two consecutive years from 1988 to 1990, and served as Committee Co-Chair of the newly formed Definitions Committee for Collision Industry Conference in 1994-97. Adam is currently serving a third term as President of the Santa Clara Chapter in 2007. FCC Collision Centers maintain memberships in the California Auto Body Association, the Society of Collision Repair Specialists, the National Federation of Independent Businesses and the Better Business Bureau. "We want to provide our customers with a service and repair experience that consistently satisfies each individual`s needs and exceeds industry standards."
