Waited forever for an estimate, the estimator was rude and very immature acting, which included him answering phones in fake accents WHILE assisting me. Was told I was getting a DEAL then later learned the parts were marked WAY up coincidentally the same price as the "deal" I was getting in the labor SCAM would definitely not trust them with my baby I could only imagine the nightmare.

Unprofessional, time consuming & hassel

First off they are very unprofessional. I had gone to the shop because I heard great things about the shop and the manager name Steve. Upon arrival I was told Steve no longer worked there and that they were under NEW OWNERSHIP and was also told by a heavier set man that someone would be right with me as he sat in the back on his chair. He also mentioned he wasn`t able to assist me with an estimate due to to his lack... view more of knowledge but mentioned he was one of the owners. I waited for 15-20 minutes along with another customer who arrived a little after me. A short Hispanic looking man finally assisted me; he was very unprofessional and had a very vulgar and offending sense of humor. Including racist remarks that made me feel very uncomfortable. Also I was not happy to see a NEWBORN INFANT in the office of a BODY SHOP in a baby swing. Where I visibly seen signs of chemicals that can be cancerous and other bacteria floating around. This place is not suitable for a baby to be in.
