vehicle destroyed by gross negligent act

I took my vehicle into this bellflower smog check at 9250 artesia blvd.,bellflower, ca 90706 on november 10,2010. I knew the older spanish guy with the mustache wilfredo from norwalk previous where they moved from to bellflower recently. This guy likes to drink as much whiskey and tequila he can hold and work at the same time. He told me so on many occasions but took it lightly until recently when i visited their ne... view morew shop in bellflower to get a test only smog check. my van was nice when i brought it to him but wilfredo and the other guy there kept saying many cars fail and they refer them to the CA BAR (consumer affairs) to retire their vehicles. Again, I thought nothing of it except to notice this guy seemed "lit" on booze and the older guy testing my car was some kind of "stroke" patient or some other crippling disease that affects both his body and brain. I should have known better but was into the testing "which took forever due to their slowness and what appeared gross incompetence. they kept my vehicle too long and harshly on the rollers to test and my vehicle began to overheat. i shouted to turn it off that they wer ruining my car. They paid no attention and kept it running while my radiator burst and boiled over a lot!!!! They said I failed the smog check and could sell my car to the BAR. He jokede and gave me extra water and container to take on my way home. two days later while checking my oil in my vehicle I discovered my worst fear and nightmare from this experience. They had "BLOWN MY HEADGASKET" and now have "WATER" in my "OIL"!!!! that sucks so now I must be reimbursed from this sloppiness; but it sucks I now have no vehicle!!! NEVER<NEVER NEVER EVER" take your car to this smog check if u value your wheels and need a car!!

family owned friendly customer service

I was recommended to go to this bellflower smog, but I wanted to be sure I go to a HONEST test plasce and since my girlfriend had her car smogged there, I thought okay...so I was pleased to see the shop had a sitting area and cable T.V and a soda machine ( cheap 75 cents a can) and magazines ...my stay was pleasant and comforatble and I passed...so this is a first for me and I definitely recommend Bellflower Smog..... view more.oh the price was good $49.95...10 dollars less than most others....what impressed me the most was the children friendly area with coloring books and toys..next time I will take little nephew...
