!! AWESOME !!
My neighbor referred me to Millers after I had a bad experience with another shop in the area. The front desk man, Eric was friendly and very helpful. I had a weird scraping noise that only happened some of the time. When the mechanic checked my car, he found that plastic thing had come loose and thats what was making the noise. He put the plastic thing back in place and best of all the didn`t charge me anything. ... view more I was very worried that I had something major wrong with my car, so relieved that it was minor and that Millers didn`t try to sell me something I didn`t need. I very happy I found an honest and trustworthy shop to work on my car.

If you need some work on your vehicle, I have been taking vehicles to them for years

Millers Automotive has good points and bad points. The good, their honest. They only charge for actual time nothing more. The bad, their not always right. I had them diagnosis an electrical problem. What I got back was a half fixed car. They fixed one problem but the second problem all they did was replace a fuse. When a fuse blows there is a reason why it... view more blows, especially a 20 amp fuse. Dave, who they claim knows all electronics known to mankind just put in another fuse and gave me the car back.
2 weeks later on the same circuit smoke comes from the dash and the same fuse blows to save a fire. Dave never found the problem what made the fuse blow. 20 years experience or a 100 years its not how long, its what you understand and can think through to solve problems Dave. I let it go because I believe you guys are honest and helpful, but your not perfect and you need to step up and admit you make mistakes and move forward. Just claiming that you have experience in auto repair does not make you a circuit designer! Live and learn, with your honest policy you can improve!
