The sales team and finance person when I purchased my car were very professional. I was very enthusiastic about my new purchase until I encounter Scott in service. I could not believe the lack of professionalism from a representative of Stevens Creek. I took my car to service to get checked in. Scott was very RUDE and short. I understand when one is busy but this guy was straight RUDE to me. He said he would ca... view morell me when my car was ready. I never received a call as promised so I called late in the afternoon to check status on my car. After Scott answered my phone call, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. I finally hung up and called back. When I let Scott know he left me on hold, his response was ?ˆ?Well, I?ˆ™m busy and I can?ˆ™t help everyone at once. What do you need??ˆ? Wow!! I?ˆ™m sorry I called to check on my car, sorry I was such a bother and sorry you don?ˆ™t have BASIC customer service skills. It only got worse when I picked up my car. Scott was once again RUDE to me as well as other customer?ˆ™s he was helping. Thanks to Scott in service, this will be my last service at this dealership. Too bad Scott had to ruin a great experience because the Sales team were great.
