Could Be Better

I purchased my new car, and drove off the lot with the tank filled less than 3/4th of the tank full. Also, I received 2 recall notices, called the dealership, was quikly transfered to the service dept. where the phone just rang and rang. No one picked up, not even an answering machine. I called the dealership once more and the woman that answered was very snappy on the phone.
