Bought my first car here and it was a great experience. Greg Dyson was very helpful, as was his whole team. Everyone from the Finance Dept. to the Service Dept. was awesome. Steve in the Finance Dept. answered all my questions and made sure I walked away knowing what my rates and future payments would be. I would recommend anyone to come here, and they`ve made a lifetime customer with me.

Make an appointment to have Amber as your service Rep. and have the service done by Troy, I trust him! He is honest, good and thorough at what he does. He didn`t have the service shop take me for all I was worth, he told me what he found, and what was warranted still. To my complete amazment, there was more under warranty that I would have ever known to look into. I have a 2008 Saturn, I don`t have a service/dealersh... view moreip I can call to verify things. Thank you two for knowing my husband and I work hard for our living too, and taking care of my car needs repectfully.

I bought a brand new Saturn before they went out of business. John L Sullivan took over for Saturn buyers after they closed. They have taken great care of any problems that I have experienced and in a timely manner. I appreciate all they have done for me. The Service department staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Scammers
There is a reason they video tape you when financing the vehicles, their lawyers know they rip you off! I`ll never do business with them again & I recommend you stay away as well. Make you pay for tons of ""extras"" (glass etching) never disclosed before they have already run your credit. Fast talking salesmen try to sell you garbage warranties.

Hi my name is Victor Lintag. I was told by 2 bankers that they had read a review about John L Sullivan. I am writing this statement because I did not write that review. Some hypocritical coward, fraudulently used vlintag which is my pseudonym for the past 24 yrs and signed that review to add credence to his statement to be able to get back at John L Sullivan. I left John L Sullivan on my own accord and in good terms... view more. I even wrote Dave Rogers (General manager for all the John L Sullivan stores)on all my resume for a reference. Whoever wrote that review knows me and is fraudulently misrepresenting his opinion to The John L Sullivan Group by addind credence to his statement by using my pseudonym (vlintag). He even mentions D.R. (Dave Rogers) so we can assume he is a disgruntled former employee that has a motive to do this.
I have also written and commented with the 2nd review by hr vino stating that he was surprised by my alleged review and says that is it a coincidence that "" is this the same Victor Lintag that works for a dealership in Folsom"" In the 26 years in the automotive industry, I have not had an irate customer that I did not address and satisfy. I firmly believe the person who wrote this is the same person who wrote the attack on John L Sullivan. I wrote a comment to hrvino giving him my cell phone number wanting to talk to him. to find out why he wrote that comment. Maybe all this reviews are a calculated effort to attack me personally and is using John L Sullivam to ward off any tracks leading to him. If you would note he states my full name and this was never mentioned on the prior review. Also I bought new cars for all my kids. I pay for their insurance and make their car payments and gas over and above their allowances so that they can finish college. Here is a comment from hrvino going out of the country while their daughter is in need of transportation. This is a fabricated story to add drama to his 2nd review.
What is scary about this whole situation is that this is another form of identity theft thru the internet.

John L Sullivan Chevrolet Roseville
John L Sullivan Chevrolet in Roseville Auto Mall is one of the nicest dealership I have ever been in. Everyone was so friendly and professional from the receptionist to the guy who washed the car. Adrian was amazing, I had some issues that other dealerships would not even look at, and told me I could not get a car. The Internet team at Roseville Chevrolet went above and beyond to help me.

Professional, trust worthy and huge inventory
The most professional staff in a dealership that I have ever dealt with. My experience was without doubt a pleasurable one . The inventory that they have at John L. Sullivan Chevrolet is bigger and more diverse than I was expecting and I found the exact vehicle that my wife and I both agreed upon. I went quickly and I was told everything up front so no surprises were sprung on us. I definitly Recommend John L. Sulliv... view morean Chevrolet to anyone looking for a car.

John L. Sullivan and His Dealerships are the Best!
I`ve had a great experience with the JLS Chevy Store. They are the most reputable dealership that I`ve done business with and I will never do business with another Chevy dealer. I`m surprised to read the prvious comment from vlintag. Actually, my daughter almost did business with a Victor Lintag who works for a Folsom dealership if this is the same person, he definitely should check his own business ethics. I tel... view morel you the run around that he gave my daughter on her deal and how he took advantage of her with his less than scrupulous business tactics (while my husband and I were out of the country) were just completely unethical. This could be a total coincidence, but STAY AWAY FROM ANY GUY NAMED VICTOR LINTAG IN THE CAR BUSINESS.
I highly recommend any of the John L Sullivan dealerships. They are an ehtical group that know how to take care of their customers and must be good to their employee`s because they all seem to be happy to be there and provide excellent customer service. My exprience is when employee`s are unhappy the customer feels it. This isn`t the case at John L Sullivan. Give them a try!

John L Sullivan Stores screw their customers
This organization is practically criminal. Aside from the way they treat their employees, like not paying overtime to sales associates and a miriad of other offenses that are not only punishable by law, but should result in multiple class actions law suits. Nothing happens to them because the employees are afraid to say something to the authoroties and suffer the wrath of D.R. or one of his mildly talented subordia... view morentes (he does like to surround himself with idiots). Not only do they blatantly violate employment law, but contract law as well. They have a standing order that they DO NOT have customers sign a specific part of the contract used by all car dealers to place loans. It`s called a law form CA553/553ARB and while MOST dealers in the state of CA abide by it`s laws, this orgainzation DOES NOT!!! They think that because they are as big as they are, they don`t need to send out whats called a 10 day letter, informing the buyer that their financing is not secured as written. The contract specifically mentions how a contract may be rescinded and in what time frame a dealer has to place the loan, they frequently call customers back after weeks and sometimes months asking for the return of the car that was purchased. They sometimes hold on to contracts awaiting ""stips"" and when an approval expires or some other catastrope happens, after they have run the deal all over town again further draining the buyers score, they will call and ask for more down payment, a rewritten contract that requires the change of agreed upon terms like rate, term and payment. They will look you in the eye when you leave the dealership and tell you not to worry, the deal is all set, and then you receive a call asking for one or all of the things I just mentioned. There are other dealers in town that do business in a more reputable way, BUT DO NOT SUPPORT THE JOHN L SULLIVAN STORES!!! Given gthe chance, they WILL screw you out of whatever they can. Including screwing their employees!!
