My car was disabled on the busy intersection of Manchester and Osage. The Auto Club dispatched a flat bed truck from Trans Fox Hills to "rescue" us. I asked to be towed to the Airport Marina Ford on Centinela and the tow truck person said the Ford dealership was not approved by the Auto Club for repairs. Instead he towed us to Trans Fox Hills where I met Paco who told me he would give me a free estimate ... view moreby 9 AM and judging from "first look", I should have my car back in the afternoon. Paco called me at 1045 the next day instead of 9 AM to give me the estimate and he also said that they had to "take apart" my car so if I wanted to tow it somewhere else to be fixed, I would have to wait until COB for them to tow it elsewhere. Whereas if I approve and accept the estimate over the telephone, my car would be repaired by 4 PM and someone would come to get me to pick up my car by 5 PM. Unfortunately, none of what Paco stated is true. I am writing this review at 6 PM after trying to find Paco to get a status update on my car all afternoon. No one else that works at Trans Fox Hills knows anything else - only Paco can help me and Paco gets to work from 8 AM - 4 PM. I will be walking from my home to Trans Fox Hills at 8 AM to wait for Paco and reclaim my car. If it is still disabled, then I will have it towed to the Ford Dealership by the Auto Club and I will file an official complaint with the Auto Club and the Better Business Bureau.
