Wonderful Experience!!

I wanted to share my many years of dedication with Greg`s Collision Center. I have unfortunately experienced a few collisions in my life and there is no other place that I would go. They`ve made it easy for me to get my car repaired - including the inspection and estimate, arranging a rental car, and working directly with my insurance company. Highly Recommended!

Best Customer Service I`ve ever experienced! My Insurance co. recommended this shop I was so happy they did. The facility was very clean and modern. The staff was very professional and extremely friendly. The quality of their work was amazing and I even got a life time warrantee! This was the best Automotive experience I`ve ever had and I recommend all my friends to Greg`s Collision Center!

Happy Customer!

I have been a customer of Greg`s Collision since 1983 and they are the most professional Auto Collision Center around. They are all very professional and their number one priority is making sure the whole experience is a great one. I know it is not a great situation when you have wrecked your car but why not make the best out of a not so good situation. This is what the staff is like at Greg`s. When I arrived they seemed concerned about me, not just my car! They greeted me with refreshements, a phone line for my use, a pleasant area for me and my 2 kids and we were in a rental car before we knew it. My kids even stated they liked being at Greg`s. They both received a toy car to play with when we arrived. I highly reccommend Greg`s Collision as the place to take your car after an accident.

WORSE PLACE EVER!

DO NOT go to this body shop! They seem friendly but when it comes to having your car serviced there. FORGET IT! They don`t take care of your car and will do things without your conscent! Ususally before a mechanic does anything to your car that you didn`t request for, he would have to call you to confirm that it is okay before he proceeds. Nope, not at Greg`s Collision Center. They ASS-U-ME that it looks fine when i... view moret actually not. I brought my car in to have my bumper replaced. I came in with a flat tire and figured when I get my car back, it`ll have a new bumper with my spare on it. NOPE, they did replace my bumper but put back my old FLAT tire back on because it `looks` fine. WTF!? there was a reason y i changed it idiot! of course, they didn`t call me before they put my old tire back on and when i placed the tire gauge to get a reading, it read `0 PSI` the fool who took my car in said it `looked` fine. And since the body shop was closed, he couldn`t put air in it. Then i noticed all these scratches on my car; as if someone used a dirty rag to wipe down my car and scratched it in the process. the interior was even worse! supposedly, they used a conditioner for my car but when the guy wiped it down, he 1/2 @ss it and it looked 1/2 dry and 1/2 damp. The service guy said it`ll dry evenly. Well guess what? it didnt! Also, they screwed up my speakers! I have a bose system and some how they managed to mess that up to. he`s claiming its my ipod transmitter thats y the sound isn`t clear. It`s not! It doesn`t matter what i play, stereo, cd or ipod, it should have surround sound and all 7 speakers should work! Anyways, if you don`t want to deal with unprofessional people, then i suggest you find another body shop. It`s a waste of my time and $ going back to this place when supposedly they`re good, but why would i believe that when they only got 3/5 stars! so people, BEWARE! Do your research, and as a favor, you can cross this body shop off your list.
