This is a small Ma & Pa shop. I highly recommend this place because they were very helpful, respectful and honest. I took my car to the chevy dealership because the engine light was on and they gave me an outrageous quote to fix it...a friend told me about this place and I took it there and it was $376 less to fix it!

I would give them negative sta...

I would give them negative stars if I could, which says a lot because most of my reviews are positive. This was the absolute worst experience I`ve ever had anywhere. First they quoted me $800 for a new starter, fixed the started and called back only to tell me that it was the Fly Wheel and it would be an additional $1200, After calling around I found out that those prices were astronomically high even by dealership s... view moretandards. Also, had I been told prior to fixing the starter that the Fly Wheel could be bad, I never would have fixed it to begin with....my car only cost $2800, why would I spend close to that to fix it? When I was told that my grand total was going to be over $2000 for everything I told them not to move forward with fixing it, just to put the old starter back in and I`d take it down the street, where BTW I was quoted HALF that amount for the SAME thing. They told me they were still going to charge me $300 for their "labor", even though that labor was consistent with something that wasn`t even the problem. After arguing with them for about twenty minutes they finally agreed to let me leave with my original parts for just the $100 diagnostic, I was then hung up on for the second time in the conversation. I am a rational person, I was clearly upset but not raising my voice or calling names, being hung up on twice at this point was drastically uncalled for. When I called back to let them know someone else would be picking up my car (I couldn`t get a ride before they closed) I was informed I wasn`t being charged at all.....and then hung up on AGAIN. STAY AWAY, shop around their prices are ridiculous and they clearly do not value customer service or longevity.
