It was our first time to service our 2012 Honda Civic and we are happy for the service. From the day I called for an appointment, the Receptionist was very friendly taking all my information. Then meeting the service Guy, Darryl who explained what they are going to do with our car. Decent service
I brought my car in for an oil change. Morning drop-off was a little hectic and time-consuming, but the people were nice and friendly. I loved the free drop-off/pick-up shuttle service. Only two minor things that could be improved. I had to remind the service department that I had prepaid for 5 oil changes when I purchased the car. They were about to charge me until I brought it up (I think that information shou... view moreld automatically appear when they look at their client records). It would also be nice if the service department vacuumed and washed the car when they`re done. But overall I`m pretty satisfied. My car seems to be running fine.

I`ve been a satisfied customer of Honda of El Cerrito for over 20 years and I will continue to purchase vehicles and seek maintenance services from them. The employees are courteous, pleasant and helpful. Front Brake Pads Wipers
I had my appointment at 09:45am on 11-28-11. I had got off from work at 08:00am. Of course I got there about an hour early and they did take me right away. All I needed was some new front brake pads and wipers. The estimated time of completion was about 03:00pm in the afternoon. I don`t live in the area so there`s no way that I was willing to wait that long. I explained to my technician my situation and he said... view more that he`d try to get it done by around 10:30ish. Best Car Buying Experience Ever
I called to check if they had the car I wanted in stock. They didn`t, but told me they could most likely get one within 24 hours, and would call the next day by noon to confirm. They did. (There were only 2 available in the color I wanted in a 200 mile radius, and they sent a driver to trade one of the colors they had with a dealership that had one of the two cars in the color I wanted.) (Take into consideration that due to the earthquake in Japan and flooding in Thailand, Honda has a hard time delivering new vehicles to meet the high demand.)
Then we drove to the dealership for our appointment. From the time we got there to the time we left, took exactly two hours, including test drive, financing, thourough explanation of the features of the new car, and removing/retaining/registering our special interest plates. - Oh, and no haggle over the selling price, nor high pressured sales pitches about accessories, extra warranties, etc.!
Both the sales and financing persons were not only friendly, but bent over backwards answering all the questions we had, insuring we left completely satisfied. We did! I would buy another car from them in a heartbeat, and will certainly recommend them to others.

Easy service and quick
No wait or need to schedule. A few reminders with no pressure for added service. Just back from a Northwest trip and the car was spruced up unexpectantly. My service time was productive using email while I had coffee.
