AVOID AT ALL COST. RUDE UNPROFESIONAL MANAGER/OWNER.

Both times, they have disappointed me severely. I am not the kind of person who takes one bad experience and generalize it to the whole business but AVOID THIS PLACE if you want a good quick honest car service.

2nd visit:
I decided to give this place another try and try to used up at least another service since I had this coupon which was expiring soon.
I got there again around 9am. There were two cars ... view morein the back being worked on. I showed the male manager and he was very rude at me he said this coupon is no good . ""Where did you get it"" ""It`s no good here.""
i was confused and showed him the address for the coupon and date. He then showed me the exp. date but was very rude. I didn`t realize that it was expired already so I was ok to pay for a reg oil change.
I said I can come back around 3pm to pick it up. So I call my friend to pick me up. While I was waiting, The nice mechanic took my car on the lift and changed the oil.
i saw them change the oil, let the car down, open the hood, and put oil back in, start the car, check the oil level and they closed the hood again.
I then went back inside and politely asked the manager how long it would be to get my car. He ignored me the first 2 times I asked. Then he told me ""I thought you would be back at 3""
I told him, well, I`m asking because it looked like you are done.
""you said you will be back at 3 so come back at 3!"" Then he went to the back and talked to the mechanic . I saw him open my hood and put my car back up on the lift.
Then I went back in later and told him, I asked my friend to come who is not here yet and since I saw my car done, i told my friend not to pick me up anymore. i have a class that I am late for already, Is there any way to get done earlier than 3?
He then said, maybe 20- 30 mins, I waited for another 40 mins and saw him put the car down and pretend to look under the hood . He then finally let me get my car after about 45 mins (2 hrs AFTER the oil chnge was done)
