Jin Lee is a great salesman who is very nice and patient. This is my first Mercedes-Benz 2014 CLA250, and I was kind of hesitate at the beginning. Jin was very patient in explaining every detail of the car. Unlike most salesmen I met, he and the his manager (another guy from HONG KONG) are not that pushy. I had a great experience here at Walter`s. From starting off the process of bringing my S550 in and Mark Eckman very friendly and helpful very customer service oriented. Making sure I understood all that was going on with my car and keeping me up to date. They provided me with a loaner for the time my car was in for service. Which was fantastic! Definitely recommend Walter`s service!

JACKIE IS THE WORST SALESPERSON!!!!!!!!!!!! ASK FOR RICK AKIGBE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to start by saying I LOVE Mercedes Benz! She was the most disrespectful salesperson I have ever dealt with thus far. She made me wait in the sun for 20 minutes to tell me I thought you just wanted to look at the car on the outside...... So she finally opened the car for me and then made me wait 10 more minuted when i told her....."Can I at least turn on the car to check out the technology and all......." I simply asked her to give me a run down in like literally 1 minutes....... only 1 minutes!!! She told me she did not have 2 hours to explain everything to me!!!! I JUST WANTED 1 MINUTE OF HER TIME..... She treated me as if I was illiterate and had no knowledge in vehicles.... I own a Ranger rover, many bmw, Mercedes......... She told me okay I will give you a summary of the car 2014 S class and $120,000 She put me down as if I had no money.................. I could buy five of these and still be well off financially..... This is my first Mercedes, and I can say it compares to no other car. I have owned Lexus, Porsche, BMW and there is nothing like the luxury of a Mercedes. I bought the 2012 E350. It has rear wheel drive and V6 engine. It revvs nicely in the morning and makes my drive to work pleasant! Went in looking for dolomite brown C class a few months ago. VIncent was astounding. There was some emails exchanged and phone calls. He encouraged me to come down and see the car. Once I saw it and test drove it, I couldn`t resist. I drove home that same night and I haven`t been happier since!
