My full 9-week experience with ICC on repairs to the passenger door of my 2007 Mini Convertible can be seen on their YELP page. Here is a partial list: 1. The Monday I signed and dropped off my car, I emailed the representative all the data for my insurance coverage. Later that week I received two calls asking for my insurance and claim number because they couldn`t find my information. I returned the call and lef... view moret my information TWICE only to find out that they didn`t get any of my messages either because of a "new phone system." So ICC had my car for an entire week, with the correct information, without starting ANY work despite my insurance carrier sending them the first payment the same week. As a result, I paid for a rental car unnecessarily for 8 days. 2. Additional supplements were added by ICC totaling over 5K. I agreed to them knowing that the requested work probably didn`t have anything to do with my initial repairs, but my rear hatch light had gone on even though the trunk was closed and was told that putting my car on a rack to straighten the frame was the only way to ensure my trunk would close properly. After all the extra time and money spent on this, my trunk door is still crooked and I have to push the door in one corner to make the rear hatch light turn off, which was the whole point of the additional supplements. 3. After the 7th week, the final supplement was submitted for $260 and I was told the car was finished by email from my representative. Despite my insurance carrier emailing ICC a copy of the final check for $260, and despite the 2 previous checks totaling over 8K arriving in a timely manner, they still held my car for a full week until it cleared their bank. It still took me checking with my insurance rep to ask if the check had cleared for ICC to release my car. So another full week of paying for a rental car... held up for a measly $260. After filing a complaint with their customer service because ICC`s representative claimed that they handled my repairs in a "timely fashion", ICC corporate graciously removed $300 from my $500 deductible, which was just a bit more than what I paid out in rental car expenses for those 2 extra weeks. 4. Upon picking up my car and being promised everything was in working order, I left ICC and headed back to work only to find my steering becoming incredibly tight and warning lights flashing on my dashboard. I immediately called ICC and turned around and on the way back to the shop, the check engine light came on, the power steering nearly failed on the freeway, the AC began making clicking sounds and I discovered a tear in my custom tint when I tested to see if the window they repaired worked. I was furious when I came back, but once I described the incident the ICC rep told me that it sounded like my battery had gone "bad". My battery was fine when I brought in my car, but under ICC`s care, apparently it turned foul.

Unfortunately for me I had to go see these guys for the 2nd time, FORTUNATELY for me I had to go see these guys! They were referred to me by my Audi Dealer and man oh man do they do GOOD work. It`s really kind of funny how great ICC Collision Center really is. Funny simply because in comparison to other body shops, you can`t beat them. Extremely friendly in every step of the way, on time response, and plenty of options. I would definitely use their services time and time again.

A LIFESAVER! I WAS STRANDED AND THEY HELPED ME FREE OF CHARGE! I had to be downtown SA for a business meeting and there was construction everywhere and all of a sudden my engine temperature light comes on and smoke starts pouring out of my hood! I was a block away from ICC, pulled in, and right away Alek was outside helping. He allowed me to leave my car in his care, and I left with green ooze flowing away fro... view morem my car. They gave me a ride to my meeting, what service. Soon I was updated: they had added coolant, looked over everything and declared it a quick fix, free of charge!! and then were so gracious to let me leave the car there until my meeting was done, hours later. They came and picked me up at and gave me a ride back to get my car. Talk about SERVICE & GENEROSITY! My Dealer told me to contact these guys because I was closer to ICC then the Dealer, I can not believe it and that?ˆ™s why ICC gets my vote and the best review ever. Thanks again!

I loved the service here! They took car of my Saab after I hit a pole. I thought they would have totaled my car, but they worked with my insurance and did an amazing job on repairing it. I hope I never have another accident but I will not hesitate to return or refer friends here!
