Went here for a simple light b...

Went here for a simple light bulb change. They promised it would be ready in an hour as I had to be to work. Not only was it not done but they all went to lunch and couldn`t handle changing a simple light bulb. And they wanted $30!!! PATHETIC!!!

Great Service

I was referred to them by their neighbor, Laguna Muffler after concerns about the issue w/ our Expedition`s catalytic converters. I was impressed how professional their shop looks & how friendly they are. The service performed to our vehicle was very thorough. I`ll make sure to bring our family`s vehicles to them for service.

Fast, Honest, Affordable Service

I have been taking all our family cars to this Auto Service for the last 7 years and have referred many of my friends there. Everyone is happy. They are fast, very honest and affordable. We always have been very satisfied with the service and the friendly attitude they have. It makes life easier when you don`t have to worry taking your car to a mechanic. We are so thankful.

Most honest, best mechanical repair for all model cars

I found out about them through a referral to Laguna Muffler, right next door. I`ve had numerous visits to Hanlon`s with my 2000 Jetta VW and always received the best of care. I`m very proud to refer any and all to take advantage of a fair, competent group that service all your needs.

Honest and capable mechanic!

These guys finished up the job that my mechanic at the time gave up on. And they did it for free! They are now working on my wife`s car so I`ll post an update when that`s done.

Been going to Hanlon`s for more than 10 years

I have had several cars I have taken to Hanlon`s over the years. Their estimates of cost and when they will be able to get to your car are accurate. Once I even paid significantly less than was estimated.

It`s a busy and popular place. I find it easiest to call or stop by to discuss the repair 1st, then drop off the car early in the morning or the night before.

Great Dealer Alternative

Honest mechanics are hard to come by, which is why I want to spread the word about Hanlon. These guys are as good as it gets. They are friendly, courteous, do great work, but most importantly they are HONEST and their prices are reasonable. I found them about a year ago, and have taken my Lexus there ever since. Seriously, their prices are a small fraction of what you would pay through the Dealer. If you are... view more having warranty work done, than sure, go to the dealer to have them fix it. If you are paying out of your pocket, going to the Lexus Dealer is a big mistake IMHO. The only difference between the dealer and Hanlon is the complimentary latte and fancy waiting area. But in the end, that latte ends up costing you hundreds of dollars. Rather than going to Lexus, I`d rather save my money and go to Starbucks and have a wad of cash left over from the money I saved by going to Hanlon. Give them a shot. I`m a tough customer, but they`ve earned my trust and business for life.

Great Sevice, Honest

I love this place. I will never go anywhere again. I came to them for a second opinion after Fladeboe Honda was trying to quote me $2300 for a oil leak and a blown headgasket. After checking it out, they only saw cracked hoses and replaced them. It cost me around $300 not $2300. great mechanics, shop not set up properly, office in shop

shop is a great plae to get your car repaired, waiting area and office in shop makes for a noisy wait, can hear on the phone due to air tools, you can hear after the managers ask the mechanics to stop working so they can talk on the phone. unproductive set up.
